I am using BSNL no. 05622230004 from long time, I have submitted my surrender application on 01/07/2013 to DBO Officer Tajnagari Agra. But still received bill from BSNL Dept. Kindly note that My Landline phone did not working from 29/06/2013. Every Month call to DBO officer no. as 9412275566 regarding disconnect my connection, he replied that application has been sent.
