I purchased bsnl’s UITC card of Rs 110 on 07/03/2014 from a retailer nearby home. When I try to use it,they said that the card is exhausted or not valid.Then I go to bsnl office karunagappally.They said that it’s usual and can be solved with in 2 days.For it I waited for almost 1 month, then also not working. so I go to bsnl main office in kollam on 8/04/14, from their they say that the replacement card is given back to karunagappally office & you can collect it from it. After hearing this I’m go to the karunagappally office & say about the information got from kollam.But they are not willing to help and they say no cards are given here and we can’t do anything, you have to wait for the activation. So please help me to get justice for me to compensate for my money loss & most importantly the time loss due to their irresponsible behaviour.
Since the public sector BSNL is in the verge of endangering, the irresponsibility of the staffs make it’s in double pace. I am happy if they are willing to replace my UITC card with working card
