Dear sir, I got a sms from BSNL on my number 8763305067 and it was written Congratulations and reply with YES to some specific number and no information was written on it, I replied with YES and Some VAS service Bhavisyavani got activated automatically and deducted my Rs 10 balance I called customer care and they are not able to Deactivate the service and neither refund my Rs 10 Please Help.
