Hi, I havent activated any VAS services. But still you are deducting amount for caller tunes, bollywood pack, and some more VAS services. The customer care number is fully automated, there is no option for me to speak with the Customer care executive about this! Kindly deactivate all VAS services. let keep all the deducted money with you, but I demand an explaination. Who approved you to activate VAS service without customer consent. Thanks, Karthi
