My BSNL mobile no.is 9432572298 from bsnl a msg is sent that your thermo service is activated. and different amount of rupees is deducted from my a/c. but we did not activated any kind of this service. yesterday we have got the same sms and suddenly 7rs was deducted. before a month or two we convertad our no from postpaid to prepaid for the same problem but no change in your system. and what would i tell you about your customer care system? it gives unbelievable service to customers……… disgusting sorry to say but no business can be run by unfair means but bsnl is doing so………. if you can please please please solve the problem as early as possible
