Dear sir
I am a subscriber of bsnl landline phone since last 5 years. Recently i applied for a broadband connection. I applied for the connection 6months ago but no inquiry done by the department till the beginning of the september. On 7th sept, one department personnel came to my home and installed the modem. But he could not connect it beause of some technical problem according to that officer. I could not access the internet till now while that officer told me on that day that he’ll check the line and the connectivity could be able from very next day. But here is no connectivity till now. I talked to him many time but he did not take any action. Ialso called to SDO VIKASNAGAR(UTTARANCHAL) but nothing happen.
So i request you to please do something to start my connection and also take action against the resposible officer.
