Dear Sir/ Madam I am a student of BTS with the enrollment no.054877307. I have completed all my assignments, TEE and a project PTS-4. I got myself re-enrolled only for the sake of two projects PTS-5 & PTS-6, as my projects were not returned to me by Prof SP Varni of study centre no. 1012, which got closed down. I had forwarded my projects PTS-5 and PTS-6, duly completed through speed post( vide POD no. EE928238642IN dated 26 Jun 13) to Director, SR&E Division, Block 12, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi . However,after passage of 7 months and numerous e-mails and calls to IGNOU office, I have not got any reply. I am awaiting my grade card to be updated, so that I can apply for the Graduation degree and apply for Masters degree.It is requested to please intervene. Awaiting for an early resolution to my query Regards

I want my marks to be updated urgently . I may be suitably awarded for the financial hardship I am facing due to non availability of the degree.
