I had given builder advance amount of 50000, but later on i cancelled the booking and builder promised me that he will refund all my advance money. But after 1.5 yrs of cancellation builder is not returning the money just delaying the process. Just wanted to know whether i will get my money back or not.

Just want to get my 50000 rupees to be refunded nothing else extra money.
