Booked an open car parking space of 120 sq. ft. at premises no. 144, Binobha Bhabe Road, Kolkata – 700038, by paying a booking amount of Rs 1,00,000/- to Mr. Alok Barman (developer) on 19/10/2012. The car parking space has not been handed over till date and the booking amount is not being refunded either.

1) Losing banking interest that could have been earned on the said booking amount since the booking date if the same would have been kept as fixed deposit in a bank. 2) Have been paying Rs 1500/- as rent for garage since July 2013 since I have not been given possession till date. 3) Unaccounted immense mental agony while following up with the developer, Mr. Alok Barman.

Immediate refund of booking amount with calculated interest on the same.
