I booked a flat 460 sq.ft Reg.No.31957 of Receipt No.7635 in mandavar on 11th March 2007, they told me possession will be giving you after three years, but they could not giving and after five years they told me some land approval problems are there, then I asked refund my deposit money Rs.1,49,000/-. then they told me, we are transfer the flat into plot in jasana(faridabad) and they booked one plot no.2313 of 65.5 yards on 08-05-2012 with Rs.500/- provisional receipt no.18659. After 6 months when I was gone for status of this plot, they told me some issue from faridabad registry department. then I told please cancel all the things and I want refund my deposited money Rs.1,49,500/-. with interest. but they told we only refund you deposited money, then I agreed and they fill-up cancellation form with Ten Rupees JUdicial stamp No. IN-DL62677547005270L ON 02nd January 2013 & they told me within six months we will refund all the deposit money in your bank account. but till date they not refunded any money. I went many times for refund my money. they always told we will transfer your money soon.
