According to our lawyer District Consumer Forum at Pune is suffering due to lack of one member who is absent from work to attend cases for the last six months. Lawyer says this member is unable to come to the court due to some accident injuries. We have lodged a complaint against the builder in this forum due to incomplete/pending works and lack of drinking water supply to the society. More than 60 families are suffering without drinking water from the Corporation for so many months now. We are facing an indefinite solution to our sufferings if the court does not function to its full strength and address our grievances in time. I hereby request the concerned authorities to help Consumer Forum at Pune by providing additional / alternate resource to attend to cases and pass orders. Even orders are not passed whenever any one of the remaining member is absent from work. Please help. Regards Jayachandran K
