I have taken a home loan from Axis bank. My loan account number is PHR032700622336. My loan amount is 16,99,643. The loan has already disbursed. But a part payment of my loan has been stopped by the Bank. Bank is demanding the Builder NOC. Where as according to the new circular the Builder NOC is not required during resale case. I have provided all related documents to the Bank. Also written to Bank ombudsman but in reply the manager of AXIS bank informed the NOC is still required and told me they are in their stand only. They denied the circular and informed me this circular is for Registration office not for the bank. Please help me and instruct the Bank to provide my rest of the amount. They already started charging the interest rate for the full amount but did not given me the full amount. Sir, please help me.

As the did not give me the full amount , the seller not giving me the possession. I am in rent and paying the interest to bank.

Please instruct to bank to provide my rest of the disbursed amount with out asking me the Builder NOC.
