I had booked a 150 sq yard plot with the aforesaid company on NH8 Shahpura Patoa, Jaipur at 1530 per sq yard on a EMI basis. The company official said that thet possed all the necessaru documents for the sale of the land they were offering. The company collected a post dated cheque and first installement cheque from me and advised that they will send me a welcome letter long with the xerox of the land docs (registry) which made them eligible to sell it further. Post two months the further installments fell due for which the company asked for. Howevr by now they had only given me the welcome letter on the company letter head along with the receipts of the earlier 2 installements paid. They gave me a reason that the land docs were with the company director and he is not available at the moment. By that time i should pay the further instalments to avoid any late fee. I gave 4 more post dated cheques and followed up on a regular basis to provide the registry docs for the land. After a lot of pushing I was only provided a land agreement stating that Decent Infraprojects is yet not the legal owner of the land which they have sold to me and have only paid a token amount for the complete land. Now the company made it clear that they did not hold a valid registry in their name. I immediately asked to cancel my booking and return the paid up amount along with an interest of 10%. For that I also had a meeting with the director of the company Pankaj Arora. He agreed that he will pay me back in 3 installment the balace amount but will deduct 10% of the total amt payable by me for the plot. This was done in the month of Aug’13. Since that meeting Pankaj has put mine and husband’s no. on blacklist and and not talking to us. The landline no. at their office are never picked up. We are regularly following up with the company over e-mail but none of them is answered. The only answer we have got till date on e-mail is to submit all our ORIGINALS. I do not feel the intensions from Pankaj’s end to be correct asking for the originals for Cancellation. However I have already provided them the scanned copies over the e-mail to cross verify the authenticity. My husband and me tried to speak to Pankaj a couple of days back using some other mobile no. on which Pankaj has started speaking very harshly and abusively stating he will not return the amount and asked us to do whatever we want to.

I want the paid up amount to be returned back to me along with the principal and a compensation fee. I this could be done anyhow I would be extremely thankful.
