Dear Sir/Madam: This is a grievance regarding the waterproofing work at the site D-118 Sector 48 Noida U.P. I had contracted Dr. Fixit the waterproofing of the roof and terrace of my house D-118 Sector 48 Noida, U.P. 201301. Two representatives of this company, Mr. Shailendra and Mr. Rakesh Yadav was supervising the work conducted by the applicator Mr. Dharamveer. The work till date remains incomplete the roof has developed large cracks extending up to the entire roof. The thinness of Waterproofing is clearly visible and no attempt has been made to repair the moldings. Full payment was handed over to Rakesh Yadav and applicator Dharamveer. In addition to malpractice applicator while waterproofing the roof purposefully damaged the water pipeline of overhead tank resulting in major water seepage from the tank to entire floors below. A new major issue has cropped up the on the walls. This wall too was waterproofed with Rain coat by the same Dr. Fixit and their team . The side wall is displaying leakage from the outside; surprisingly this wall did not have leakage earlier but has developed now. I have called Dr. Fixit Mumbai Office several times however no response or an effort to correct the malpractice by the company. I would appreciate if an inspection is conducted to review the status of the waterproofing work.

The relief I am seeking is that the company should complete the unfinished work left behind conceals the large cracks . Stop and prevent water seepage in the walls and rectifies the malpractice by its applicator and misconduct of their employees and keep to their promise work ethics
