Sir, I had booked bus ticket with busindia.com for traveling from Karaikal to Bangalore to attend an interview. The booked e-ticket was indicating the departure time 7.15pm. and the bus left at 4.30pm. Due to this wrong time information of the busindia.com, I had missed the bus. The time-keeper of SETC Karaikal, informed me that my bus has left at 4.30pm. I had contacted on toll free number immediately and no response. I had sent the same issue by email and also no response.

Ticket value RS.990/- Plus return ticket cancellation RS.381/- Plus compensation for my missed interview.
