I ordered a box of 2 Cadbury Celebration chocolates worth Rs 798. In the image shown in the website, details like MRP and content of the product were not displayed. So I called ferns n petals and they assured that the MRP written in the product box is Rs 399 (*2= Rs 698). To reassure myself I sent an email to ferns n petals and was told the same stuff. Now, Believing on the information given by them, I placed the order for the product which was a gift to my friend. But when I received the product, I was totally shocked in receiving a highly devalued product whose MRP was only Rs 100!! I mailed and called ferns n petals immediately about the issue and requested them to return the product or else replace the product but to my shock they bluntly refused to acknowledge there mistake and started abusing me. When I told them their action might bring legal action against them, even then they didn’t made them to respond in affirmative way.

I want original promised product delivered and Rs 2000 as compensation for the mental agony, embarrassment and time loss caused by this issue. I also hope govt to take a strictest possible action against such fraudulent websites.
