On 16th Feb-14 I have registered a complaint at Cadbury customer care( Telephonic & Online) regarding Long hair found in my Cadbury Fruit & Nut chocolate but no positive response got from there side. They always says that very soon they will take action and inform me. But their “soon” haven’t come yet. So please look in to the matter and arrange for some compensation from their side.

The cost of Chocolate was Rs.40. It was my valentine gift and when I opened it to have it then I found long hair coming out inside from the chocolate which totally disappointed me and made me felt embarrassed in front of all.
