I gave this company a contract for repair and maintenance of my CCTV. They never respond to service calls and always have some excuse why they cannot come. I have to call them fifty times before they answer the calls even once. They are rude on the phone and I feel my money has gone down the drain as they never bother coming to fix the problem.

Despite having paid for the service I have not gained anything in return. I have put, y home security at risk as for past ten days my CCTV is not working and they are refusing to come fix it. This has happened in the past also. I logged a complaint with them on Dec 23, 2013 and since then I have been chasing them.
