I booked a Flat in SKM Refcon “Cambrian Forrest sector -95 Gurgaon in Nov 2011 by paying 3,50,000/- in advance. In January 2013, I Paid another 5,18,000 to the same builder. They did not launch the project and now announced that project is scrapped. I cancelled the booking on 30th April 2013. Builder mentioned it would take 60 days to refund money without interest. Booking is made on the name of Mr Saurabh Agrawal and Mrs Mohita Agarwal. Receipt Number : S20130047 Receipt Number : S20130048

I have lost the interest on my money and builder is just giving assurance and not refunding the money. it is more than 90 days since i requested for refund. I have all the receipts in original.

I am looking for my principal + interest to be paid immediately.
