Had Brought Videocon LED with Order No 1257005425 from Snapdeal on 14th Sep 2013. It said buy by 31st Oct ’14 and get 3 years Videon Brand Warranty. Hence, brought it. The product Property still says 3 years warrant at http://www.snapdeal.com/product/videocon-celista-plus-vjk40ffzm-40/1354047484

My Speakers are not working properly. Hence called Videcon customer care. They said, it comes with 1 year warranty and to check with Snapdeal. Called up Customer Care and was given ticket no 10022542 on 7th Oct ’14. Still no revert. Customer Care keeps on saying we have escalated but I believe it is fraud
