This is a serious lapse on company’s part and totally unacceptable that they will deceive the customer in this manner which really amounts to fraud. Despite this instance being taken up at HO by me and resolution of the same, agian observed an instance of double charging of data. This seems a rampant practice with the company. Adn customers who don’t check their account usage are never aware of such shameful acts happening at this level.
Compensation for harassment and loss of benefit : Due to overcharging data had gone below limit and speed had slowed down earlier than it should have. compensation for loss of eligible benefits and undue harassment caused. Person at Koparkhairane office particularly rude and non co-operative.
