Respected sir/madam,
i want to cancel my urn number generated by national insurance company ltd (nic) and for this i have requested many times to National Insurance Company karimganj brach and guwahati regional office nic. But they have failed to do so. If my urn number would not be deleted, i can not renew my lic agency license which is valid upto 28 nov 2014.

now i am solely depend on lic agency & want to work only with lici. So, it is my humble request to look into this matter. As i have requested many times to NIC, but they are not doing the work. So please look into this matter as soon as possible so that i could renew my LIC license in time. Hope IRDA would help me in this matter at the earliest.
