with due respect i MD Nurul Mia, s/o LT Gafur Mia, was applied for an IRDA licence in Bajaj Allianz life insurance co.ltd,cooch behar branch on AUGUST2011. After completion of traning, IRDA generate my URN NO ABLI1306110480 but i am unable to pass the exam,when I prepare for re-exam my concern agency manager Mr Amrita lal Das was leave the company without inform me.I am very much interested to work with life insurance co, for that again i apply for IRDA licence in Birla sun life insurance co. ltd cooch behar branch, under Mr Rupam Datta agency manager who working under cooch behar branch.In BSLI after complete all the formalities and after generate URN NO. I appear for traning and also successfully passed the IRDA exam. But when the official staff of BSLI applied for my IRDA code I came to know that due to existing URN NO in BALIC I am unable to get code from IRDA. This is for your information that the Branch Manager and other official staff are not doing any co-opearation with me, when i made a prayer for cancellation of my URN NO as per IRDA guidline.Hence I have no other way then to inform you please help me to cancel my BALIC URN NO,cooch behar branch. And give me a chance to work with BSLI from where I have passed the IRDA exam. Sir your co-opearation in this matter is highly solicited. THANKING YOU,
