We had booked 6 tickets on MDLR Airlines flight from Delhi to Kullu and return.
Travel Date : 15-10-2009 Booking Date 08-08-2009.
Return Date : 22-10-2009
We were to travel to Delhi from Ahmedabad on 14th October, 2009 night at 6 pm

All of a sudden we get at about 5 pm we received a SMS from MDLR Airlines that the flight from Delhi to Kullu was cancelled and there was no other flights available and they refused to give alternate arrangements. Consequently we were panicked and we had to search for new flights as our diwali vacation was at stake. After panicked efforts we could get flights booked on King Fisher flight which cost us Rs. 8700 per ticket instead of Rs 3,500 per ticket which we paid to MDLR Airlines.

Similarly the return flight on 22nd was also cancelled without alternative arrangements and we were also not informed about the same.
For alternative flights on Kingfisher we paid Rs. 9,500 per ticket instead of Rs. 3500.

Due to the above, we have faced severe hardship and have faced a loss of Rs. 67200 for having to book tickets in emergency inspite of properly planning diwali holidays. My family was in panic situation due to MDLR airlines as Diwali vacation was at stake.

We seek your support for the non supportive and non customer friendly MDLR Airlines. Inspite of taking the payment for tickets they have not satisfied the customers and have landed us in panic situation and we had to undergo mental tension and unnecessary hassels.
