Dear sir I would like to inform to you that my father have a policy of Reliance Life Insurance , policy has been alloted to my Mother’s Name Mrs. Sheela but before some day my father got a call from Delhi CSC branch of Reliance Life Insurance from some Mr. Manoj Kumar adviser code:- 20186698 tells my father that he has due of your policy premium and he also said if you send me a DD of your policy premium and the other document of policy holder and nominee then company has refund a sum of Rs. 7500/= cheque in favor of nominee its a company new scheme so that my father has send a DD sum of Rs. 10000/= in favor of Reliance Life Insurance, DD no. is “380948” at the address B.112 Secound Floor Joshi Colony Patparganj I.P. extension Delhi 110092 and after some we got a new Reliance Life Insurance Policy Bond, which number is “17955578” which is surprising to my family that now day we can’t take any new policy from Reliance Life Insurance but my father has been paying DD no.: “380948” for the old police which no. is ” 12775453″ so I request to you that kindly cancel the policy which no. is “17955578” and take some strict action against the adviser Manoj kumar (Adviser Code :-20186698)
