Ibeg to say that U.R.N. was genereted by d.o. mr. a.k. saxenain branchS,B.I.life insurance co.pvt.ltd.112 rampurgarden near shiddhivinayak hospital bareilly pin 243301 while I have refused many times orally that I do not want to be agent. I have also presented an application in office on 23 aug 11 to cancel the u.r.n. but due to the casual approach of staff it is still not canceled. and now they are demanding 2500 rupees to cancel the u.r.n. it is right or wrong. please tell me as soon as possible Aplicant Amit kumar sharma s/o nand ram sharma
