Sir/Madam,

Ii gave IRDA exam with Reliance Life Insurance and i failed in the exam. Now i want to go with Birla Sun Life Insurance. I asked to Reliance officer for cancellation of urn or give me noc but the not response to me from them.
My irda urn is AMP10903134517.

I request IRDA to intervene and get me the required NOC so that I can move on to Birla Sun Life Insurance company.
