To, The Complaint Department of IRDA Subject-Cancellation of the URN BALI2707120024 Sir/Mam, I am highly appreciate to intimate you that my URN BALI2707120024 had been generated into Bharti Axa Life dated on 27th Aug,2012,as one the MOA of Bharti Axa Life had applied it without of my proper knowledge by tampering with my pan number which is AIEPC3883F which is not matching with this URN.even i have not appeared any exam of IRDA after generating of this URN. While i applied for a new agent code in Max Life Insurance that i have found that an URN already had been generated with my name,now it become a critical issue for my current job that iam unable to apply a new agent code which is not only so mandate but also very compulsory for my job profile. When i have visited to Bharti Axa Life office branch but they have not given any response or denied to do it and also suggested me to logged on a complaint at IRDA portal. Sir,as per the current condition a new agent code is very mandate for me to survive in Max Life Insurance as my current designation is an Assistant Manager,if i will be failure to do that the current company will not allow me to go ahead with Max Life Insurance without a self agent code. As per my experience with Bharti Axa Life Insurance i have found very helpless attitude to do for the same,so i humbly request to you kindly cancel or delete this URN BALI2707120024 so that i can apply for a new agent code into Max Life Insurance I will expect an immediate response from your side.
