We book the banquets area for the wedding event at the radisson hotel in Gurgaon .The marriage event is on the 04 February 2014 , by considering that we book the hotel 6 months in advance ..we even paid INR 10’000 to block the date .The hotel first confirms our event and things goes all well, we even did the food tasting at the hotel which gives us guarantee that the event will go smooth. We even took our Decorater at the hotel so that the arrangements should process in very smooth manner. Now after 3 months by today itself we receive a call from mr kapil from the hotel and he mentions that the hotel is going for some renovation so we cannot take your wedding and you can take your money back.We requested the hotel to shift our event to their other hotel which is radisson hotel in mahipalpur they are refusing to do that.we told them that we have spend on everything and all other arrangements are now done and it’s their responsibility to take the event they simply refuse to do so

Either hotel should pay the mentioned above damages or transfer the event at their other property in radisson mahipalpur
