On March 10th 2010 i gave my aunts Fiat Grande Punto Car(KL8 AR 802) for promo service in Carnation, Cochin. After the service i found that its glove box lock is broken. I spoke to the officials there and they told me they will fix the lock free of cost. I Asked them to mention about this damage in the Remarks column in the bill and they did it. But it been more than 10 days and no response from them. Couple of times i been there asking about the lock placement, but not a good response from them.
