The undersigned visited Faridabad on 28/07/2013 Sunday. My car no. DL 3C L 3746 developed fault and I was unable to start. I lodged a complaint at customer care through mob ph no. 8800688644. I was informed that the helpline vehicle will reach soon. It did not reach. On repeated querries Sh Rajwesh infrmd that he is diverting a vehicle especially for me from Ashram chowk Delhi as the their vehicle despatched to help me had brokendown on the way and they were not able to even contact him. But none came till more than six hours till I was there. I got my vehicle repaired through local auto repairer.
I want them to pay an examplary penalty to be deposited in a consumer welfare fund to the tune of five thousand rupees only for mental harassment to me and my family
