I had paid car insurance renewal premium thro’ online portal to Berkshire Insurance company on 9th Dec 2013 5 days ahead of expiry of my car insurance policy. The insurance company had not issued policy documents till date despite a numerous correspondences and teletalk. I can send all corresponding for ready reference. Kindly do needed to resolve this.
