I gave still in warranty Karbonn A21 for repair due to speaker phone, hand free connector not working on 7th Dec 2013 at karbonn Service Center- Mobile Seva in Bangalore. I have been told that board has a problem and it should go to Delhi for repair and asked me to come back after a week. Since then I have been visiting the service center every one week, but to be told that come after another week. I am without my mobile for more than a month now. I even complained to Karbonn thru email: info@karbonnmobiles.com. I was told that handset is in observation with service center and asked me to contact. Post this I went to servcie center twice but they are saying the they have to got replacement part.
