Carbon Accessories – Mobile given for repair not received even after 66 days

Hi, I, Alok Shrivastava, had given my mobile Karbonn S1 Titanium for repair only after a month of purchase since then it is with company service centre to repair. Its 66 days now as on 07/01/2014. I had bought this mobile to get updated with latest android phone. But as company has not given me service on time and as there is new update to the android my reason to purchase new mobile has been wasted, I request you to please help me get a waver from the company to send me a new handset with latest android of the same budget and same configuration as the handset I bought now has old OS because the company has took 66 days already and still counting. Request you to please force the company to send me a new handset with latest android and same configuration of my phone as my reason to buy this mobile was to use latest android which got failed due to pathetic service.
