Sir, I had bought an Karbonn S5 titanium mobile, after three months the touch screen of the mobile was working automatically and even more worse while charging, so i had submitted the mobile at company official servicing center named SRI SAI NADH ENTERPRISES, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 10/9/2013. Job sheet no. 721 and mobile IMEI no.911309350411396, still i did not received my mobile even after 1 month and 6 days. i have contacted the service center many times through phone and 10 times by person till now, but they are saying the mobile is still at the company in Hyderabad every time, I lost all my internet activities carried through that mobile for the last 1 month and 6 days. I’m very much disappointed with the servicing from the company, i request all my money back from the company as i cant trust that company anymore with its servicing and also mobiles as they are failed. solve my issue as early as possible, .
