sir, I purchased karbonn S2 mobile by filipkart.com on dated 25/10/2013 and one month later it’s not working properly without any cause when i went my nearest service centre then he gave me 40 days for return me but i have no receive my phone sofar.my phone is under warranty period.

I want some action against karbonn company. and i want to refund my money (bill price)
