Carbon Accessories – period of the service taken for product

Hi Sir, I had Purchased a Mobile of Brand (Karbonn A-27-911304200061228) on 08/05/13 from Kukreja Teleplanet,19/555 DDA Flats,Madangir,N.D-110062 and also bought a Warranty Card of Mobile Care. On 04/09/13 I sent my mobile phone through Mobile Care due to some problems (Headphone Jack,Contact not Reading,and Net Connectivity) in my Mobile Phone as mentioned above But till Now I have not received my phone and I even don’t know what is the progress status regarding my case. I am really shocked of such kind of service performance by your organization and trust me it really make me feel to shame that why I had purchased a Product of a such type of company……?????? Do u don,t think that 1 week is maximum for the such kind of issues to be rectified instead of 1 Month and more…..??????

1)I Like to have my money Refund. 2)Kindly take some sure action against Such kind of companies so they will keep concern regarding the product and the service of the product.
