purchased karbonn A2 plus thro flipkart on 9-6-2013.Within 4 months i got the touch screen repaired.Flipkart sent the service centre address at kanchipuram which was not there. then i went to the address given by karbonn at chennai which is also not there. so i found one karbonn service centre at tnagar, chennai and given repair on 20-11-2013 vide job no T444J1086 . But even after many visits and phone calls to service centre, my phone was not returned after repair. they told that the same set was sent to bangalore for repair. i sent regd post with a/ck due during last week. but till now i did not hear anything either from karbonn bangalore office or service centre at chennai. so i want my phone immediately with damages for my tension and mental torture.

i want a new set together with my expenses and also damages for deficiency of service of rs.5000 for not using the new phone for the past 4 months. and i suffered mental tension.
