Carbon Accessories – started giving troubel with charging and headset jack

Karbon TAB A37 purchased on 18-Jun-2013 form Cell World. Within 10 days it started giving trouble with charging and headset jack. Then I approached the Cell World and they asked me to submit the same with service centre. Then I send email to support@karbonnmobiles.com, social@karbonnmobiles.com and Abhay the customer representatives of Karbonn gave me the contact details of one Satish Reddy. When I contacted him he advised me to submit my tab to Prime Tech Services and contact Shaym. Then on 13-Jul-2013 I submitted the Tab to them and till now it is with them only. Have went many times to this service centre and every they replied me that the tab is at Bangalore centre and will let you know once same is received. Find attached the scan copy of Purchase invoice, Service centre receipt along with email conversation had with Karbonn customer support.

cost of the item plus suitable penalty because it resulted in physical and mental stress.
