This people have charged money to deliver the Shipment/Consignment/Parcel to kuwait at Home with no extra charges. But It is already a month time not yet received.

I got a message from the kuwait cargo services saying I have to pay penalty & duty of nearly 10,000rs.

Now when my mom went to ask him he is not ready to talk also.

What we can do. Please help me.

He is not giving me money back nor he is getting my consignment back.

I have all original receipt / contract paper to sent this consignment with me. I will submit as and when required.
