Carpenter Kashinath was referred by Murtaza, Raj Glass took advance of Rs16,000/- for buying sliding shoe rack material, wooden cabinet & cahnnels for all kitchen cabinets and sliding windows. He then went absconding. On calling him up, he said that his relative is ill and hospitalized in his village, therefore out of Mumbai. He said he will return after 10 days. When we called him again after 10 days, he said that he is still in village. Now more than 2 months have passed and he has not returned not returned our advance taken.

Need a refund of Rs16,000/- from carpenter.
