Hello, I bought Carrier A/C from Care office Equipment – Ahmedabad, to which i was entitled a free gift. I had to choose one gift from 6 options. Care office had given me a voucher where details of the gifts were mentioned and it was supposed to be sent to Chandigarh office from where they would dispatch the gift. As per rule I had Selected “MILTON – 3 PIECE CASSEROLE SET”. Again the gift was dispatched after repeated reminders. When i received the gift to my surprise it was some local company called “Bluplast” and the condition of casserole was very bad too. Instead of a brand Name like “MILTON” Care office people are cheating their customers with distributing some local made casseroles and dispatching it. My repeated efforts to contact them have resulted in no action from Care Office either. I am forced to make a complaint against Care office as they have not made any efforts to resolve my complain. The product supplied as a free gift was completely different than the brand name mentioned in the Gift Voucher. Instead of “Milton – 3 Piece Casserole Set” they are cheating people sending some local made “BluPlast casserole set”
