Complaint No. 9188281 On 8th May 2014 when a complaint was made that 2 days back attended split ac which was earlier working is not working now, after service. Earlier service was attended by a service engineer named Mr Khan. He came again and said now after there mis handling the gas of the AC has leaked which we have to get it filled on our expense. This was quite a harassment. He said he needed Rs 2000/- rite now to solve this problem else no body will solve our problem. Even Carrier AC owners cannot solve our problem. He was threatening us to extract money for himself. We gave him Rs 1000/- from 8th May 2014 till date i.e. 17th May 2014 nobody turned up. We kept calling again and again and Call center guy kept giving us false promises, that he will come in 5 hours or in 2 hours. But no one came till date. He has also eaten bribe of Rs 1000/- from us. Carrier AC has worst Service and nobody should buy to waste his money. Thats why once this company was doing so well is not doing any thing good. We want a formal complain against Carrier in consumer court and we want compensation and refund of our money. We want compensation of Rs 1,00,000/- for the harrasment we have gone through. Any body listening?
