Carrier Split AC – stopped working no by dealer

I bought an Split AC from a local dealer in june, last year . On 24th april the AC stopped working and it needed immediate servicing. I contacted the dealer who asked me to contact the Carrier customer care. I first called the customer care no. and mailed to the mail id provided on their website on 26th april, and from then on everyday i made calls. Everytime they said “we will call you back” but no communication has been made on their part. I repeatedly made calls and mailed but no reply came. Now that the AC for which I spent 40000 bucks is of no use in this weather when it’s needed the most. What should I do? Please help.
