I have purchased a CASIO Key Board (Model No. CTK-810IN) on 14-08-2013 (Tax Invoice No . 1335) from the showroom named PULSE,AE-369, SECTOR-1, SALT LAKE CITY, KOLKATA,700064, West Bengal (Phone: +91 33 4067 9069; +91 98304 65051; e-mail: pulsemusical@gmail.com). On the package of the article there is a sticker showing offer of ADAPTER and CARRY BAG free along with the key board. Unfortunately I could not see the sticker while purchasing (because the whole package was further wrapped with a bubble wrap). After reaching home and after unpacking the whole pack I could able to see the offer sticker and immediately called the showroom over telephone. But, sadly they informed me that the CARRY BAG offer is no longer in force and only the ADAPTER offer is in force which they have provided. I have also contacted the CASIO Regional Office at Kolkata and they are also of the same opinion. It is surprising to know that how an offer is partially withdrawn without any notice? And if it is withdrawn why the sticker is still pasted on the package?

I need the carry bag to be provided to me free of cost as mentioned on the packaging.
