amount debited from my account even though i didnt recieved cash through ATM
I tried to withdrew Rs 1500 from my savings account of PNB through ING Vysya ATM in Koramangala 1st Block, Bangalore on 3rd October but didnt recieve cash. But the amount was deducted from my account even against the transaction being failed.

I’ve already lodged a complaint through helpline no but no action has been taken yet.
