on 15 aug,2011, i purchased one 24″ onida led tv from ‘great eastern trading co.’, kolkata. problem started within seven days and till date, 7-8 complains have been lodged. onida people lifted the set to their workshop two times. but still malfunctioning of the set continues. i requested for replacement of the set but they rejected. instead, they insist for a.m.c. please help.
