Deposit money not refunded by RIM land phone for the number 04793292013 after cancelling the connection

R/Sir,
We had taken a wireless landphone connection from RIM authorities in
Kerala, Alleppey, Mannar with the number 04793292013 few years back.
One and half years back , we had submitted their set, and cancelled the connection from their office at chengannur. They assured that within 4 months the deposited amount near about Rs. 2000, will be get back.

MIS INTEREST Dt.01/04/2010 have not yet been paid Amount Rs.600/-

I have not received the MIS INTEREST against Pass Book #28756 with Sub-Post Office Bidhan Nagar CC Block P.O. 700064 due on 01/04/2010. Rs.600/ only. Since then I have com-plaid all the Quarries & had sent main reminders even upto Dy. Director( PG& S) Dak Bhawan at New Delhi for the last years, Now what shall I do? Blackberry on able to show EDGE in capital

my phone no. 08025786818. My bundle is to end on 17th Jan. 2012 but the thing stop working yesterday. Before this time I had problem of losing money from my balance even when my bismonth is still on.
