Logged a complaint at service center 15 days back.The Engineers reported its a missing part issur…Its been more than 15 days but the part has still not become avaialable.I have been told that I need to wait another week or 10days for the part as thy still need to check whether the part would become available or not.Its only a 3 years old machine whose part is not being available.Very poor sevice Continue reading

Dear Sir,
I’d a reliance datacard connection and when i lost that datacard and requested to close that a/c they said to pay the outstanding bill while i also have standing instructions on my credit card to pay the bill.
they said if you pay now then extra amount will come in 30 days back.
but after many visit to their office and complaints i’ve not yet received my extra payment which i’ve paid to them.
