I had put in a request to migrate a pre-paid airtel# 9849176707 to post-paid. I was told the request would take some time as they needed some verification. When called the customer care for the same reason they said it is a 24 hrs thing and raised a complaint number, it had been 4 days i did not get ay respond.

I recharged my prepaid mobile number for Rs 200. But it didn’t get properly recharged. Talktime increased by Rs.1 for MRP Rs 200.
